JFS Outdoor Services took shape in 2021 after Jacob Senoski moved to South Carolina and started taking on small jobs around Aiken. What began as a lawn care route turned into steady requests for grading, clearing, and drainage fixes, and the work grew from there. Today, we handle the kind of property projects people need done with care – dirt work, drainage, cleanup, and routine maintenance. Most of our jobs come from repeat clients or neighbors who heard about us through someone they trust. We show up when we say we will, do the work the right way, and leave the property looking better than we found it.

THE STORY BEHIND JFS

A Small Operation That Grew the Right Way

Before I started JFS, I was working as a diesel mechanic up in Connecticut. It was honest work, but it never felt like something I could build a future on. When my girlfriend finished nursing school and we moved to South Carolina, I took it as a chance to start over and do something that made more sense for me.

I grew up around equipment and small outdoor projects, so I picked up a mower and began taking care of a few yards in Aiken. One job led to another, and before long people were asking for grading, clearing, drainage fixes, and all the other work that keeps a property in good shape. I kept saying yes, bought better equipment as I could, and focused on doing steady, clean work so folks knew they could rely on me.
The business grew the same way it started—one call at a time, mostly from neighbors and repeat clients. What began as lawn care turned into the full mix of dirt work, drainage, and property projects we handle today.

I still approach everything the same way: show up when I say I will, put in solid work, and leave the place better than I found it.

Jacob Senoski

I run JFS Outdoor Services and stay hands-on with every project. I’m on-site, manage the schedule, and make sure the work meets the standard I’d expect on my own property. My background in mechanics taught me equipment and problem-solving, but the years working directly with property owners showed me what actually matters: clear communication, reliable service, and work that holds up over time.
When I’m not working, I stay active with motocross – something I’ve done since I was a kid. It’s the same focus and precision that carries over into how I run the business.
